This week I photographed Lowry dinner meals with my friends. We all choose to eat very different things depending on our various dietary restrictions. Some of my friends have multiple food allergies, so it’s interesting to see what meals they put together in the dining hall. I’ve noticed that most of us eat pasta from the noodles station. It’s kind of a staple that most people enjoy. It tastes pretty good, and you’re full after you eat it. This is one of my “favorite” things to eat in Lowry these days. Plus, the dining staff at the noodles station is always so friendly that I enjoy going over there.
Depending on the day, my friend and I will occasionally attempt to make a salad in Lowry. Some days they’re pretty good, and other days not so much. I think it’s because I keep comparing them to the caesar salad I order from Panera like twice a week, which is not a good standard to hold it to because it’s unattainable for it.
Finally, I asked my friend about his opinion on Lowry burgers. I can’t eat them, and I haven’t tried a Beyond Burger, so all I’ve had from the Grille is the fries. I took a picture of his burger and asked him his thoughts on it. He says it’s one of the most consistent Lowry meals he eats because he knows it’ll always be good. Plus, he can add bacon and cheese when he wants to give it more flavor since a lot of food in Lowry lacks that.
